Scope
This policy applies to staff, volunteers, partners, and all participants.

Principles
We commit to:
- Providing equal access to all programmes.
- Supporting Global Majority and marginalised communities.
- Ensuring our venues and materials are accessible.
- Preventing harassment, discrimination, and victimisation.

Responsibilities
- Board sets strategic direction.
- Staff promote inclusive practice.
- Volunteers maintain respectful behaviour.

Practical Steps
- Inclusive language in all materials.
- Representation across recruitment and outreach.
- Cultural sensitivity in workshops.
- Adjustments for disability, learning needs, or caring responsibilities.

Reporting
Any concerns about discrimination should be raised with the Safeguarding Lead or Directors.
