Thriving in a digital world

We believe no one should be left behind in the digital age. Our Digital Inclusion & AI Literacy project supports individuals, especially older adults, low-income groups, and first-time internet users - by giving them the confidence and skills to navigate everyday life online and explore the benefits of emerging technologies.

“I’d never used email or online banking before. Now I can search for jobs and even help my kids with schoolwork. It’s changed my life.” - Workshop participant

Tackling digital exclusion

We work with people who are digitally excluded - those without access, confidence, or knowledge - to help them build core skills.

Connect, innovate, succeed

Digital access isn’t a luxury, it’s a lifeline. At Uplift Ventures, we’re helping Newham residents and marginalised communities get online, gain confidence, and take part in the digital economy.
Through our Digital Inclusion Programme, we provide free data SIM cards, device setup support, and beginner-friendly digital skills training.

Whether it’s joining a Zoom interview, applying for jobs, or launching a home-based business, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to connect, innovate, and succeed in today’s digital world.

Thriving online

We distribute free data SIM cards (60GB/month for 12 months) to people facing data poverty, so they can stay connected, learn new skills, and access vital online services.
Our community workshops show participants how to safely use AI tools, WhatsApp, and social media to grow confidence and even start micro-businesses from home.

By tackling data poverty head-on, we’re helping families reconnect, learners upskill, and entrepreneurs create new digital futures, one connection at a time.

Whether it’s applying for jobs, accessing benefits, managing money, or setting up a food business, we give people the digital foundation they need to take control of their futures.
